Good Meeting Area

A great area to meet is in an empty server. If your server is too crowded then Yes, it's a bad spot to meet. Meet in a server that doesn't get attention, meet at common places such as the dock. Talk to penguins and have fun with them.
Good area to find unknown friends

Go to crowded servers and at the dock, it's always full of penguins that love hanging around. The penguins there will probably find you interesting or nice, they'll add you for sure! Just be in populated areas and you'll find the right buddies, at the right time!
